Excellent service and very helpful staff at all times. Alerting us when the usage on the pendent was excessive and keen to resolve the problem for my 'golden oldie' 🙂 Many thanks to all at Guardian.

Since wearing the Guardian Safety Pendant 2 months ago I can't believe how much my life has improved. I no longer fear falling, at home and no-one finding me (I do live alone). I also have no fear taking my dog for a walk along quiet paths, as I know I can be found! Having 24/7 help on hand has been liberating, both emotionally and physically. Thank you Guardian for your product that has enabled me to live my best life at 70. Barbara

It is amazing Just press SOS button and it will call your emergency contact numbers you don't need to remember them when you can't once you set the contacts in the pendent

I purchased the Guardian MediFone for my elderly dad after reading a Choice article recommending it. The procurement and configuration process was very efficient and the device works as detailed on the website, providing a high degree of comfort that we'll be notified in the event of fall. I fully support the Choice recommendation.

I haven’t used it yet but I do find the pendant a little heavy AND the flashing lights are distracting. Was at the movies and the lights are so bright that they shone through my shirt and people were watching. Can the light be dimmed or switched off??

Great product, great service... gives me and my family piece of mind

My husband needed a safety alarm urgently. He had experienced falls and was suffering from fairly long-standing dementia. Luckily Guardian was recommended to us and would be accepted under the guidelines of our care group. We first of all thought that a watch would be the best device, but on trial found that my husband could not manage to work with it because of problems with hands etc. The watch was taken back with no problems and we then asked for a pendant. This fitted our requirements perfectly and at all times we were treated with courtesy and assistance by the staff that we had contacted. All is now going well and we are very pleased that our husband and father is now much safer.
